We are excited to announce the 24th International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Multimedia (MUM 2025) which will take place December 1-4, 2025,in Enna, Italy. We warmly invite passionate and dedicated students to join us as volunteers. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, expand your professional network, and contribute to the success of a leading international conference.

Responsibilities of Student Volunteers:

  • Assisting with registration and check-in
  • Guiding attendees and providing information about the venue and program
  • Supporting speakers and presenters during sessions
  • Helping the organizing committee with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with setup and management of conference equipment and spaces
  • Supporting social events and networking activities
  • Providing social media support

Requirements:

  • Must be a currently enrolled student

Key Information

  • Please consider that you will be assigned to shifts of about 5 hours per day, for a total of approximately 20 hours over the whole conference.
