Presentation Instructions
As the conference approaches, please review the information below carefully to ensure you’re fully prepared for your presentation.
Long and Short Papers Presenters
Long and short paper presentations are in-person only. Please bring your own laptop with your slides. The main hall supports HDMI, and a USB-C adapter will be available to borrow.
Your session chair will briefly introduce you and moderate questions.
- Presentation time: 14 minutes for long papers and 9 minutes for short papers
- Q&A: 3 minutes
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your session to meet the session chair, test your setup using your own laptop, and ensure your slides display correctly (Wi-Fi will be available). Please stay reachable to the session chair (e.g., sit in the first row) in case there are any changes.
Poster Presenters
Poster presenters should be present in-person during the posters and demos session. Please bring your printed poster or use a local printing service (details below).
- Poster presenters will a) give a one-minute presentation about their poster in the one-minute-madness session, and b) present their poster at the poster session.
- One-Minute-Madness session details
- You need to prepare a single slide using Google Slides to present your poster in one minute.
- The slides will be collected offline in one deck before the conference. You will use the conference laptop.
- The deadline for submitting your slides is Sunday, November 30th AoE.
- Submit your slide link using the form sent by email on 10 November. If you submit several versions, we will use the latest submitted before the deadline.
- Please make sure to enable the viewing of others to your slide. You can do that from (File menu > Share > Share with others > Anyone with a link: can view)
- The session location is the main hall of the conference, and the session starts on Tuesday, December 2nd at 16:00.
- After finishing the madness session, you will go to the poster exhibit location (TBA) to present your poster.
- Poster session details
- Poster format: printed A1 or smaller, portrait (594 mm × 841 mm / 23.4" × 33.1")
- The location of your posters will be announced on the website
- You can set up your poster between 10:30am and 11am on Tuesday 2 December 2025.
- Please reach out to our SVs if you need any on-site help.
- Please make sure to set up your poster before the madness session.
Printing Shop
For presenters who prefer not to travel with their posters, we recommend contacting as soon as possible “Loading printing shop” via email at infoloadingsrl@gmail.com, which is located at a walking distance from the venue. They could bring all the posters to the venue within 1 pm of Dec. 2nd.
Demos Presenters
Demo presenters should be present in-person during the posters and demos session.
- Demo presenters will a) give a one-minute presentation about their demo in the one-minute-madness session, and b) present their demo at the posters and demos session.
